Mr Green holds CeMAP, the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice. It’s the qualification mortgage advisers in the UK take. It means the person checking these pages knows how lenders assess affordability and where the usual explanations go wrong.
Mr Green is not currently practising as a mortgage adviser and isn’t employed in the mortgage industry. He doesn’t give advice through this site, and nothing here is advice about your circumstances.
What the editor does
